Office Hours: 2025 GEAR UP Competition

The NCCEP team will be setting aside time to engage in a series of events featuring unstructured conversations with prospective applicants to help address any questions you may have about the GEAR UP program, issues related to program design and implementation, and the grant writing process. While we cannot promise to have all the answers, our team will do our best! Simply join the meeting, raise your hand, and we’ll address your questions to the best of our ability.

You only need to register for one session and can join any of the working lunches. As such, you don’t need to make three separate entries.

The District Leadership Institute for Systemic Change is NCCEP’s premier leadership development program focused on fostering systemic change in GEAR UP schools and districts to maximize GEAR UP’s impact on school change and student outcomes.

Designed in partnership with Inflexion, district- and state-level leaders and college access professionals will receive three full days of in-person professional training, optional coaching calls, and virtual touch points throughout the six-month program.
