The perceived cost of college is one of the biggest barriers in accessing higher education for students and families with low incomes. Join members of the NCCEP Communications Advisory Committee and your GEAR UP colleagues from across the country to have a conversation about how to communicate college affordability.

The Coordinator Learning Lab is a short-term, cohort-based professional development program for those relatively new to GEAR UP. It offers a place for coordinators to come together and explore common challenges facing GEAR UP professionals.

NCCEP committees include a diverse group of volunteer members that help engage the community, share their expertise for professional development, and offer input to NCCEP on programs and services.

Most committees meet monthly via Zoom. Committee members contribute 1 – 2 hours per month over a 2-year term, from October 1 to September 30.
