Come connect with others and explore common challenges facing new GEAR UP practitioners who lead programs at school sites. In this short-term, cohort-based professional development program, participants attend live virtual sessions with a small group of peers while also taking online courses on their own time.

Who should attend: Professionals who lead GEAR UP programs at school sites, including developing and/or delivering activities. Coordinators who have been in the role for 0–3 years will especially benefit from this introductory experience.
